Ingredients for making Broiled Shrimp Scampi

  • 2 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • 3 green onions, chopped

Directions for making Broiled Shrimp Scampi

  1. Preheat broiler to 500 degrees (260 degrees C).
  2. Stir shrimp together with butter, garlic and wine. Place on a baking sheet and broil for 10 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle on scallions and broil for another 2 to 3 minutes, until shrimp are firm. Serve hot.
